Healing the Japanese Way: Exploring Reiki, Acupuncture, and More

We are thrilled to announce a new lecture on traditional Japanese energy healing practices, including Reiki, acupuncture, shiatsu, Kampo, and moxibustion. In this session, we will explore the principles behind these powerful techniques. You’ll learn about Reiki, a form of energy healing that channels life force energy to promote relaxation and healing. We’ll also discuss acupuncture, a practice that uses fine needles to stimulate energy flow and treat various ailments, and shiatsu, a massage technique that applies pressure to key points on the body to enhance well-being. Additionally, we’ll dive into Kampo, Japan’s herbal medicine system that tailors remedies to individual needs, and moxibustion, a practice that involves burning herbs near the skin to boost energy and alleviate pain. This talk is perfect for anyone interested in exploring the holistic and restorative aspects of Japanese healing traditions.
