SPEAKER – SEAN JOHNSON

Sean Johnson is a distinguished watch expert, appraiser, and advisor, known for collaborating with some of the world’s most prominent watch collectors. He has held prominent roles at renowned auction houses, including Sotheby’s in New York and Hindman Auctions in Chicago, where he served as Head of the Watch Department. His insights have been featured in leading publications such as JCK, Robb Report, Forbes, and Hodinkee. Sean holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Denver, a Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) degree from the Gemological Institute of America, and is certified by la Fondation Haute Horlogerie (FHH). Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, he is fluent in French, Spanish, and English.
